I had these at a healthy birthday get together and they were delicious, filling and work perfectly for breakfast, a side to lunch or just a little snack… They are perfect with savoury or sweet toppings such as bacon and eggs, smoked salmon and avocado, yoghurt and blueberries, or even just a little maple syrup!
There are just three ingredients:
- 100g rolled oats
- 200g cottage cheese
- 4 eggs
And I literally just whizzed them all up in my nutribullet and then fried them in a non-stick pan with a tiny bit of coconut oil. I made about 15 from this recipe and froze some of them because I couldn’t eat them all at once. They were then reheated in the toaster or under the grill..
I really like your blog! Thanks for sharing. 🙂

Yay! So glad you liked them Bibi 🙂 They really fill us up. I also freeze them when I make a batch and then just pop them in the toaster or under the grill to heat them up again xx
